Only negative is their valet parking retrieval system. They want you to download an app - and a fee is taken from tops and they only want it paid thru app.

Not up to my standards

Wasn’t impressed with any of the staff. Waited and wasn’t greeted when I could have multiple employees in the back room just chatting. Small crammed room, bo coffee maker in room. Very dark hallways. Wanted to see what the place was like, but don’t plan on choosing it again.

Good shower but that's about it.

I travel for work and usually stay at a typical Marriott or Hilton but I wanted to try something different. I thought this hotel looked unique and it definitely was - not impressed. I felt like it used to be a strip club or brothel. The hallway to my room was dark with weird lighting and dark carpeting. My room was super tiny, no refrigerator, no closet, no desk, no view. There was just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom looked updated but the sink was so narrow that washing my face was a little messy. Good shower though. Won't stay again.

Perfect, unique hotel for the whole family!

Awesome hotel right in the middle of downtown Madison. Perfect stop for our family road trip. The rooms were so thoughtfully built with so many neat and unique features. The bar and staff were all helpful.
