Booked a double room. I guess I didn't realize that the room had no chair nor any table space, so all belongings had to sit on the floor or in a drawer. Hopefully you are close with the one you are staying with because with the barn door access to the bathroom, you will hear everything they are doing on the toilet! Sliding barn door is a terrible idea for a restroom door.

Super cool hotel, great staff - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The welcome glass of champagne was a nice surprise. Rooms are a not your typical hotel room, but artsy, warm, inviting. Only complaint was that the record player didn’t work. I believe the issue might have been a dead battery in the remote. It would have been cool to listen to the album we picked out upon checkin, but not a deal breaker. Great location, will definitely consider staying here when we visit MKE again.
