From this main living area, direct access leads to both the garden and the terrace. A small office with a flat screen television is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table. The ground floor bathroom features a bath and shower combination, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC.
The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each containing 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and shower.
