For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Maissemy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Leisure: water park 10 km away, bowling, fishing, cycling and hiking, horse riding at Trefcon
- Sightseeing: visit the town of St Quentin and its park, visit the Vermand washhouse, walk and hike around the Bihécourt pond, cities (Paris 1h30, Lille 1h15, Reims 1h)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
