No one around to help you

the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated

Good size, great location. Working wifi. Very friendly staff and great communication re checkin etc. Fair value for money. The property was basic and needed some smartening up. Be prepared to buy loo roll and dishwasher tablets (one of each left for three day stay). Daily housekeeping didn’t happen so these weren’t replenished.

Notre sejour en famille a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able nous avons Ă©tĂ© surclassĂ© Hotel est bien situĂ© nous avons visitĂ© vaison la romaine Ă  15min le petit dĂ©jeuner parfait le fait qu'on puisse le prendre Ă  emporter est tres arrangeant mais sur place c'est tres bien aussi le personnel Ă  la rĂ©ception trĂšs agrĂ©able tres gentil. Logement propre est parfait pour 4 personnes. Rien à dire sur le logement literie confortable. Par contre la piscine n'était pas chauffée, le jacuzzi était tellement chloré qu'il a abßmé tous nos bijoux nous n'y sommes pas restés longtemps et niveau propreté ce n'était pas ça du tout...

Okay! Men ikke mere end det.

Venlig receptionist, da vi chekkede ind og fik anvist en lejlighed. Vi fik byttet den, da den lÄ rigtigt dÄrligt i komplekset. Lejlighederne er meget smÄ og ligger tÊt pÄ hinanden. RengÞringen var fin, men hele komplekset er slidt. Poolen er overdÊkket og er okay, selvom den minder mere om en svÞmmehal end en pool i Frankrig. Alt i alt et okay sted, men ikke mere end det.
