The essentials for the house:
-A fully energy house powered only by solar panels.
-The hairdryer provided is a low-consumption travel one, and there is no possibility to connect your own devices, such as a straightener or your own hair dryer.
-The kitchen stove is gas, while the oven runs on wood.

About the location:
-The house is next to the village of Kavrochori, a small village where you can find tavernas, a butcher shop, a nice square and a mini market.
-The sea is only 10 minutes away by car and you have the choice of 2-3 beaches that we can recommend to you.
-Gazi and Ammoudara are also 5 minutes away by car, where there is nightlife and options.

The title of the house:
-Pervola or Perivoli means in Greek a large yard. A place where people used to grow vegetables for their home.
-Pervola, a large Orchard, is our large land where we grow various things such as olives, fruits, vegetables, herbs and hospitality for you.

Access to the property is only possible by car.

You have access to all areas of the estate as the entire farm has only one private villa.
