The Space:
Your stay will be in an amazing Farmhouse in the Cotswolds countryside. There is a large, contemporary, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge seating area. With an AGA, conventional oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, large utility/boot room, dining seating for all guests.
On the ground floor there is also a lounge with open fireplace, Smart TV, board games and a separate chilrden's play room.
On the first floor you will find a super-kingsize bedroom with shower ensuite bathroom, a further kingsize bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a single bedroom and a single trundle bedroom sharing a family bathroom with shower and separate bath.
On the second floor you will find a super-king bedroom with ensuite shower room and a further bedroom with 2 single beds.
Occupancy is 6 adults and up to 8 children.
Outside there is a hot tub and heated swimming pool with lounge and dining seating, a BBQ, football nets, and there is a separate play barn/bar with a pool table

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house and the grounds

Our home is equidistant between Cirencester, Tetbury and Malmesbury and its surrounding area offer a captivating blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. Whether you're drawn to exploring ancient sites, enjoying the lively community events, or simply relaxing in the breathtaking countryside.
The area provides a rich and varied experience that embodies the essence of the Cotswolds.

Getting Around:
Eastcourt Farm is in a remote area just between the Crudwell and Eastcourt. A car is essential for getting around the area

No same sex groups
No smoking inside the house
No parties including family parties without prior discussion
No day visitors without prior discussion
