The living room offers ample seating around a 37" Smart TV, DVD player, and a wood‑burning fireplace (firewood provided)—perfect after a day on the slopes or trails. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected, and there’s a secure ski/board storage closet just outside the front door.
Cook at home in a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig (pods not provided), blender, and cookware. A built-in breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table seats 6, making mealtime simple. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find a comfortable primary bedroom plus a built-in bunk alcove, and an additional queen sleeper sofa if you’d like to spread out.
You’ll also have access to Horizons 4’s year-round community amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot is first‑come, first‑served. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• WiFi: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: Horizons 4 is not a pet-friendly complex—no pets are allowed.
• Community amenities: Managed by the HOA; availability, hours, and seasonal operations may vary.
• Winter access to amenities: During winter, the back gate/walkways to the pool area may be closed due to heavy snowfall. Please access the hot tub and clubhouse from the gate facing Azimuth Road.
• Seasonal note: Winter weather and road conditions can be unpredictable in Mammoth. Please plan travel accordingly.
• Laundry: Communal laundry facilities are available year‑round.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
