Located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, this 2100 sq ft 3 story town home is a relaxing 10-minute walk- or short 2- minute drive- to restaurants, shops, gondola, ski lifts, and hiking/biking trails.

Nestled in the exclusive Woodwinds at Sierra Star Golf course on the fourth fairway, you will enjoy endless views of the mountains, greenery, and sunsets from both private patios.

Attention to detail has been heightened throughout this exquisite end-unit home, with upscale modern feel and designer upgrades at all levels.

You can enter via the custom Maple grand front entry door or the 2-car garage (with 2 additional spaces on driveway for a total of 4 included parking spaces) that offers ski and board racks, bike hooks, storage, and work bench for your use.

The mid-level welcomes you with an open concept that includes a Chefs’ kitchen complete with SS upgraded appliances, fully appointed dishware and cooking utensils, granite counter tops and breakfast bar, heated floors, custom cabinets, and pantry. Also includes the dining area that can easily fit 10, which overlooks the second patio where you can enjoy cocktails or BBQ meals sitting around the comfortable fire pit table. The living room affords you breathtaking views of the mountain and fairway, a custom ledge stone gas fireplace, comfortable wrap around large sofas, and an Oversized Smart TV; surround sound and WIFI are available throughout the home.

Just past the full bathroom with a soaking tub and granite countertops, you’ll find 2 bedrooms included on this level. Both complete with Queen size bed, large built-in closets, Smart TVs, and more.

The third level is where you will find the primary retreat. King size bed, gorgeous views, walk-in closet with built-ins, en suite primary bathroom with custom shelving and closet, stand-alone frameless glass shower, jacuzzi tub, heated floors, and granite counter tops.
