Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through middle to late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. We loved this hotel, we traveled in July and hotel has a great location, across from the village, our 2 bedroom suite had a lot of amenities, pool and jacuzzi were nice. Staff were so kind and Thu in concierge was so kind and friendly. We definitely will come back

Overall it's a nice property with a convenient location near the village. My complaints are 1. AC was out the entire evening until 4am the next day. I had to ask to get some compensation. None was offered unless you asked. 2. They don't take out your trash at least from the kitchen. You have to use the trash chutes for your floor. Had to do this at a timeshare, but never at a hotel. 3. Onsite EV charging rates are criminal, Over 50% more than the cost to use a Tesla Supercharger in Mammoth. The pool areas was. Ice and frequently used. Appreciated the water refilling stations and free morning coffee in the lobby as well.

Property is very nice and centrally located to Mammoth Village. The price is way too high as there is construction that starts at 6AM. Should have been apprised of the construction.

A hotel with great customer service

I had a small room issue with a screaming baby in the room next to me. Front end staff, a younger male, very quickly addressed the situation, insisted that they help me move my belongings and gave me a room with a much nicer view. This team member deserves to be recognized for understanding customer service! He truly made me feel like my happiness was important, something very lost in business today. Beyond that the hotel is quite nice, quiet, and I will definitely stay here again.

Great place it could have been cleaned better! And the couch was so uncomfortable , and they need an adult hot tub because it was filled with little kids so my husband and I never got to go in the parents are rude just letting there kids hang out in there!!!!! Everything else was great the view the restaurant the bed was comfortable.
