Welcome to our place—a cozy mountain getaway where adventure begins the moment you arrive. Whether you're chasing fresh powder or summer sunshine, our home is your perfect base for exploring all that Mammoth has to offer.

After a day on the mountain or trail, come back and unwind. Soak in the indoor hot tub, grill up something delicious at the outdoor BBQ, or challenge each other to a game of pickleball, volleyball, or basketball. In warmer months, cool off in the outdoor pool or hang out in the game room, open year-round.

Wake up to sweeping views of Mammoth Mountain, enjoy your morning coffee as the sun paints the peaks, then head out—Canyon Lodge is just a 5–10 minute walk away. We even have a private locker there to make your ski days easier.

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully updated retreat with a master bedroom and a loft with a privacy door, a queen bed, and bunk beds—a great setup for families or groups of friends. With two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge.

Our place is tucked right next to bike, ski, and hiking trails, and just a mile from the lively restaurants, shops, and entertainment of The Village.

We’re located on the second floor of Building K in the Mammoth Ski and Racquet complex, offering quiet and comfort with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside Our Place
Main Level:

A fully stocked kitchen with a mountain-view island, Keurig, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more.

Dining area that opens to a balcony—perfect for a morning coffee (balcony not cleared in winter).

Cozy living room with a large sofa, 65" Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, and a gas fireplace with thermostat blower for efficient heat. (Additional wall and portable heaters available.)

Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs:

Master bedroom with a comfy queen bed.

Private loft bedroom with its own door and closet, featuring a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk—great for families or groups.

Another full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and towels provided.

Two parking spots: one reserved garage space (6’8” clearance), plus one outdoor space (first-come, first-served)- must get parking pass in complex office upon check-in.
