The living areas provide an easy spot to relax after a day on the mountain or trails, and a DVD player is available for simple movie nights. Fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts at home. You’ll also have access to the community pool and hot tub for a restorative soak or a refreshing dip. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles in the unassigned lot.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, sleeps 2. Ensuite full bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, sleeps 2. Ensuite full bathroom.

• Loft (open): One single bed and one bunk bed, sleeps up to 3.

• Bathroom 3: Full bathroom off the common area.



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home (please see photos).

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot. Spaces are not designated.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be intermittent throughout town.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
