Lovely hotel in the heart of Juffair area. Overall, very pleased with the location, service, check in and check out experience, room service and restaurant facilities. Room was super clean and bed comfy. Staff was great. I would of given it 5 stars but there lounges were in full swing until 2 am with the walls vibrating from the music. If you want action, this hotel has it. If you want a quiet night curled up with a book - not so much.

I had another enjoyable stay for the fifth time. I never have any issues when I stay at The Arch. Room service is on time and they are always cleaning. I recently spent 4 days there and every morning I go to the gym, they are on the 4th-floor cleaning at 7am.
