The hotel's location is excellent, the food and service were excellent. The staff were very helpful in every way. Fidan Hanım, who was especially helpful when we welcomed , she was very helpful with her quick and helpful solutions for my lost luggage at the bus station. After our first hotel turned out to be a disappointment, we booked Private Suites last minute and it was the best decision we could have made! The hotel is brand new and absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming (with the small exception of one young man in the restaurant who didn’t seem too enthusiastic at times). The restaurant itself is excellent, offering delicious food with a great price-quality ratio. We also enjoyed a full spa treatment with a massage, which was completely worth the money, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable; there are still a few small finishing touches to be made here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to several great restaurants and only about 25 minutes walk from Side center or a 5 minute drive. All in all, a top experience and definitely a place we would recommend!

The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor. Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

Det er et nyt hotel, småt og der anbefales at have en bil så man kan komme rundt i området, personalet var flinke, og et fint træningsområde det var små men fint og de vigtigste maskiner er tilgængelige, vi spiste kun morgenmad på hotellet det var det helt store men vi blev møre og godt med frugt. Strømmen gik 2 gange på værelset grundet en sikring da vi brugte en af stikkontakterne, men det blev hurtig fixet. En kort ophold på 3 dage, var fint.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Man hat immer nachgefragt und nach dem Rechten geschaut – das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu (erst seit ca. 45 Tagen geöffnet) und dementsprechend modern und sehr sauber. Besonders das Pool war einfach fantastisch – hier konnten wir richtig entspannen. Insgesamt war alles super und wir können uns wirklich nicht beschweren. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: In unserem Zimmer gab es neben den Betten keine Steckdosen. Das wäre praktisch gewesen. Ansonsten war alles rundum perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
