I needed to stay the night while we were having work done at our home. I reserved the 2 queen suite but the room was the same as the standard 2 queen bed room. When I asked the staff why this reservation was $271 vs my last for the same room being approximately $230? And what was the difference in the room? They didn’t know. Aside from that, the service at the bar was good and the beds were comfortable.

Overall the hotel and check in was fine along with the room. However, I did talk to the front staff the next morning to tell them that the bathroom had stains on the mat that looked like blood and the shower was not clean. I didn't notice until that morning when I went to shower.The front staff didn't seem as concerned. Although the room was cleaned that day, I still felt a bit uncomfortable the next day. Also my key card didn't work and I had to get it redone. A bit disappointing given this is a higher end hotel.
