Relax in this calm, stylish bright studio space. Located in the heart of Chorlton, just off Beech Road. On the doorstep of all the trendy independent bars, restaurants, deli, shops, boutiques and the beautiful Chorlton Ees Nature Reserve.
Conveniently located to local transport links into Manchester City Centre, Didsbury, Altrincham, 10 minute drive to the motorway and 15 mins to Manchester Airport.
This lower ground floor studio is uniquely designed for maximum style, luxury and comfort.
The space
Superfast wifi, smart blaubankt TV.
The whole building is highly insulated with a mechanical airvent system which circulates fresh air and offers aircon at the flick of a switch.
Kitchen includes cooker a 4 ring hob, retro fridge/freezer, coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. Super comfortable memory foam mattress for the perfect night sleep.
Upon arrival you will find all the basic provisions such as herbal & english breakfast tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, milk at no extra charge. Toiletries are also provided.
Laundry can be taken care of upon request for a small charge.
Guest access
Access is via the side gate on the main driveway. A keysafe is positioned on the black wall next to the gate with a unique key access code. The key code and further instructions will be provided upon check-in.

In the same building I also have listed a 'Beautiful & Elegant Apartment' which is a large one bedroom apartment with a kingsize bed and a 30sqm roof terrace.
