I was told i could have a late checkout at 12pm when i checked in. Then at 10:40am, before regular checkout, they woke me by calling my room repeatedly to ask if i planned to check out at 11. When i said no, 12, they said okay. Then they knocked repeatedly at 11:15am. I will not be staying again or recommending to anyone. Spend a little more and stay at the ones up the street.

Fairfield is always our go to when visiting Concord, NH. Always friendly staff, easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms and we especially like that it is close to downtown Main street.

Housekeeping was only once during our stay. Although the girl made up the bed and replaced the towels she did not replace coffee, or cups or plastic drinks cups so quite poor. The reception staff were very good and provided us with cups etc.

It’s a very good hotel that is conveniently located near Downtown Concord. However, they appeared to be understaffed and didn’t respond to our request to have our room made. They did have free breakfast and a nice pool. Overall, a good place to stay.
