View was great, bed sadly uncomfortable, no water in the room, no robes, nice fridge but noisy and no point being on with nothing in it, side of bed sheet dirty, hair around the bathroom sink. Staff great in the restaurant. Reception staff not too helpful or approachable, when asked about robes told only get them if we stay in a suite although our booking said includes apparently this was a miss print. Just eats delivered some food to reception who collected it outside then no one was at reception because they were eating it around the corner. Nice toiletries, only allowed one key which is needed to get to the room, so I had to sit in the dark while hubby went to reception to get water because he needed the key to get back.

Area of improvement.

Disappointed that room would not keep atleast one bottle of water, sometime tap water is not safe. Breakfast timings is till 11am sat- sun but by 10.30 breakfast was closed. No fruits were refilled. Restaurant for dinner quite pricey and staff could smile a bit looked so grumpy. Not a high standard of even 4*

Arrived late, in the dark and rain so just wanted to check in and go to bed. Ckeck in was easy, parking was easy, room was very nice. Great outlook over Old Trafford Cricket ground. Breakfast was very nice. The only chriticism would be that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty.
