Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. I thought the breakfast laid out for those who had to leave early for the airport was a really nice touch.

I loved the overall stay, including the size of the room and cleanliness. However, breakfast options were not enough. Understandable, that it's mostly English breakfast, but as there are a lot of foreigners who stay there some other options like ham, cheese, some vegetables, other forms of eggs, etc. could be added. Also, due to the location, the food options in the restaurant is not much. We ordered 2 pizzas and one of it was burnt underneath. We didn't complain but had to throw away the burnt part of it.

It was easy to get to with a taxi, easy to check in, nice room with a big and comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice breakfast with a lot of options. Staff were very friendly and efficient. They served food 24/7 which was unusual. It was a really nice hotel.

Just about walkable to the airport if you don’t mind 30 min walk. We just had small wheelie bags but you’d need a taxi for anything more. Nice quiet budget hotel. 8 mins walk from Raymond Blanc Brasserie where we had an excellent evening meal.

We were only at the property for a few hours after arriving very late and leaving the next morning. However everything was smooth and we were able to enjoy a nice shower and a yummy breakfast. My only issue was that my children are older children and struggled to share the sofa bed provided- however in hindsight maybe we should have simply booked a second room.

So from man airport there was no shuttle, so we had to walk 15mins !! On arrival, staff were efficient and friendly. We were in rm 24 ground floor, the corridor was absolutely filthy. The room wasn't clean and the walls were again filthy. The only decent part of the room was the bathroom. The walls paper thin, so noisy until late. The breakfast was ok. Won't book this hotel again, which we'd booked premeir inn !
