After i booked it i look on google maps where is was, i was a bit dubious after looking at it, the reception is on the 2nd floor, personally this hotel Iwouldn't say its disabled friendly, say your on floor 10 you have to go down about 12ish steps to get to the 10th floor or get off on the 9th floor and walk up 12ish steps, the lift seems to stop inbetween floors. I was quite surprised by the rooms they were clean and tidy, bathroom was lovely, shower was great nice and hot. There was an alarm that was going off in the room next to us for a few hours. They day we were leaving it seems the doors have an alarm to tell you the door isn't shut properly. We would stay again. There is a £2 a night car park fee. They also have a £150 breakage, theft or if caught smoking in the room fee, I didn't want a fine for smelling the room out with food so we ate in the van.

Stay here regularly for visits to Old Trafford. Very convenient for pubs/food and the tram service to OT and Manchester. Rooms functional, clean and warm with excellent showers.

This property was dirty! The duvet and pillows were so incrediblely thin I struggled to sleep despite turn up the A/C to heat. The mattress of the bed genuinely felt like sleeping on a bed of bricks. My back ached in the morning, I didn't even stay for the time planned as it was that horrendous. The only positive was that bathroom and shower were clean

The only thing that could be improved is that you either have to go up or down statics when you get out of the lift
