I tested positive for Covid just before the stay. I didn’t have severe symptoms but thought it would be irresponsible to continue with the travel & stay. Moxy hotels group & Expedia refused to assist, included a later stay, & just pointed out the no refund conditions. No empathy, no goodwill, no customer care😡
