Nice room, well cleaned etc. Whats stopping me giving it 5* is the fact that the room was very cold on my arrival. Heating/aircon wasnt on at all, and as UK hving a cold spell, the room was very cold. Took a few hours for the room to get heated up to a good temperature

The location was excellent, check in smooth and easy, very welcoming. The room was fabulous, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The room was small but perfect for our stay. We liked the decor and the vibe of the place. My only negative was that there was only one big towel and we had showers so it made it awkward as i booked as a couple. It did not effect our stay or my recommendation. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly functional, good location, nice bed, nice bathroom. Roxy was lovely at check in. Parking for one night is £25 which is a bit of a liberty. Hotel was cheap but much better than HI Express so worth the extra. Decor looking a bit chipped and tired, if you're going to have everything black you've got to keep it looking sharp else it looks a bit tired.

The proximity and price of this hotel were exceptional. However, went to check in and there were no staff anywhere to be found except at the bar. After waiting about 10 mins, we spoke to them and one came out to do the check-in. The room was fine, but there was a large piece of broken glass on the carpet. How does that get missed? The shower was literally a trickle of water, no pressure at all. When we asked staff about the shuttle to T2 we were told just to walk it as the shuttle would times were unreliable. Not a great experience.
