Nice lady at desk. Place is impeccable and I am a frequent traveler. 24 hour real coffee which is way above the average. Really nice stay for a business guy looking for a clean, warm, comfortable overnight. Only downside is the television which appears to have multiple channels but good luck finding ANYTHING to watch. Remote barely functional. Back to U Tube but I would still return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodations were comfortable. Only "complaint" was the stream from the shower head was a little funky -- either very gentle or pummeling. Minor issue. Everything else was good.

Staff is excellent, very professional. The hotel itself needs a bit of an update for sure - our room stunk of old, stale cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. But the bed was very comfortable, linens were all clean, bathroom was spotless.

Property was neat and very clean. I liked that coffee was available 24/7. Staff were very pleasant and personable. Draw back - there is no elevator. Fortunately they gave us a regular room on the ground floor, but had there not been any available rooms, we would not have been able to stay there because of no elevator. There appears to not have enough handicap rooms. If the ratio of handicap rooms to total number of rooms, is correct, then the toilets in the regular rooms should be replaced with the present size and height for today. I am not handicap and it was very difficult to use the toilet because it was so low. My husband who is handicap had an extremely difficult time.
