With its large bedroom featuring a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, this space is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Enjoy the loggia with an open view, as well as the residence’s outdoor areas, including a seasonal swimming pool, to fully experience the Mediterranean lifestyle.



The Space:

My apartment combines modern style and comfort, with new, high-quality amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction cooktop—perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The bright living area features a sofa bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an extendable dining table, ideal for family dinners.



The residence also offers access to a swimming pool available from mid-April to mid-October (April 15th to October 15th), from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM—an ideal spot to cool off and relax after a day by the sea.



Free parking spaces are available in front of the residence, as well as a free public parking area just 20 meters away, subject to availability.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment, including the loggia and all amenities. A self check-in system with secure key access is in place to make your arrival as smooth and flexible as possible.



A professional cleaning service is provided to ensure the apartment is always spotless for each stay. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.



Other Things to Note:

Located close to the beach, you can enjoy the pleasures of the Mediterranean Sea, explore the charming port of Mandelieu, or visit the famous cities of Cannes and Nice just a short drive away. Don’t miss the opportunity to discover local restaurants and cafés and savor the flavors of Niçoise cuisine.



Once your booking is confirmed, a registration form will be sent to you.



Please respect the property and the items provided. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:



* dirty and/or stained linen

* unwashed dishes, trash not taken out, excessive mess

* lost or broken keys

* failure to comply with house rules

* smell of cigarettes or presence of cigarette butts
