The room was great. Our only reservation was that the window had no view (which we knew) but light comes in when other floors turn their lights on. A curtain would solve this. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Jennie arranged a Halong Bay cruise for us at short notice and a peak time and her communication was excellent. Mia and her colleagues on reception were very helpful. Breakfast is served in a sister hotel about 2 minutes away and you are escorted so you don't get the lost. The hotel is located in a quieter side road near the old quarter attractions. We walked everywhere.

The room was clean food was adequate staff was friendly but not very helpful with local information. The laundry was a little pricey and I am not sure I got everything back I sent. The tours we booked through the hotel were almost double the price they were online definitely a learning experience.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was very well located in the Old Quarter, with immaculate rooms and fantastic service. Jimmy and the hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Their recommendations on what to do were excellent and the trips we booked were amazing. I highly recommend a trip to Hanoi and a stay at this hotel.

The room was clean, staff nice and property was quiet as it was on side street with no cars. Harder for tour guides to do pick ups. I did not like there was no windows in my room for emergency exit. Otherwise good value for money paid.
