Very convenient hotel near the airport. The staff were very nice and the room nice and clean. I asked them if they could pick us up from the airport at midnight on New Year’s eve and they organized it which was a real bonus.

Jim and his staff provided 5 stars services. He upgraded Ha Long Bay cruise from 4 to 5 stars for my family for free. The staffs were like family. My family also loved the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. Without question I absolutely recommend this place to anyone .
