This spacious two-storey apartment is the perfect place for two families to holiday together, sleeping up to 13 in four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The Nordic-style decor is both comfortable and practical, and the open plan living area, with a dining table, wood burner and a well-equipped kitchen, is a cosy refuge when the snow is falling. It opens on to a balcony with a dining table for al fresco meals, as well as the hot tub, where you can relax and watch all the action on the pistes.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please be aware that this property is part of a semi-detached chalet. While it is neither occupied year-round nor rented out, we cannot ensure complete soundproofing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your payment details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Krokusvakantie 2020 met twee gezinnen

Franse chalets en appartementen hebben vaak de reputatie zeer klein en minimalistisch ingericht te zijn voor het aantal personen dat er kan verblijven. Niet zo met Chalet Capieu / Le Barn. We hebben hier met 10 personen in alle comfort verbleven. Grote en volledig nieuw ingerichte keuken voorzien van alle gemakken, tafel waaraan iedereen tegelijkertijd kan zitten, afzonderlijke zitruimte... De jacuzzi op het terras met uitzicht over de bergen en de vallei was een absolute topper. Ski in/uit is hier letterlijk te nemen, want de chalet staat midden op de piste. Het vervoer van de bagage vanaf de nabijgelegen parking gebeurt dan ook met de sneeuwscooter. De ontvangst was bijzonder vriendelijk en in de koelkast lag dan ook een grote fles lokale wijn en kaas al voor ons klaar. Het plaatselijke skigebied van Manigod is meer gericht op families met een aantal mooie maar kortere pistes. Maar je kan van daaruit zeer eenvoudig tot helemaal beneden in de vallei skiën waar je toegang hebt tot het grotere en meer uitdagende skigebied van La Clusaz. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Agréable séjour savoyard

Ce chalet très bien équipé et positionné dans sur les pentes d'une petite station de ski offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne et les environs. L'annonce et les photos ne donnent qu'un petit aperçu des possibilités de cette location. En famille composée de 3 générations nous avons tous trouvé notre place à l’intérieur et nos activités à l’extérieur. Les propriétaires sont charmants et avenants. Nous recommandons cette destination aux personnes désirant se reposer, se rapprocher de la nature et des animaux, dans le confort et le bien être comme celui de se relaxer dans le jacuzzi sur le balcon face à la haute et splendide montagne.
