NOTE: We have 2 side by side fully furnished and beautifully decorated units for families and friends who want to stay together. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. Shell Residences is within walking distance to MOA and nearby entertainment sights and attractions.

GUEST ACCESS
Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge.

The lobby is also available for entertaining guests.

The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.

Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

A. Late check-out may be permitted if no guests are checking in before you, with a minimal fee. Again, we cannot guarantee this.
