I recently stayed at Manila Prince, and while the location was convenient and the staff was friendly, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The hotel is in need of an upgrade—furniture and decor feel outdated, and some amenities seem worn out. Cleanliness was another concern. The room wasn’t as spotless as expected. Common areas also could benefit from more frequent cleaning. With some improvements in maintenance and hygiene, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Until then, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Not about the property, I just want to complain to your housekeeping staff and also to the front desk who assist us, to those who discriminate us and they are not welcoming staff. They’ve only see those people who ware diamonds and golds. We check in at that hotel to relax not to judge/discriminate us. Before we enter the room we clearly hear your housekeeping gossiping about our looks. That was the only hotel who make us feel that we are not belong there. We’ve been check in of some of 5 stars hotel and no one make us feel that way, and also we are hospitality’s staff too. We know how to entertain guests.

the not as prince

the room and building is clean and nice. the time of my visit on the hotel the pool is not available. they offered an option having swimming into another place but sounds they don’t really into it. the elevator waiting is too long and having the stair also was confusing about the exits. upon checking out is also a dilemma that without proper information you need to go to the first floor first for the check out and wait for a couple of minutes instead of going directly to the information counter at the ground floor.

Our third stay here and we got the executive suite this time big spacious room 2 bathrooms hot tub. Couldn't ask for a better way to spend Xmas day. Staff are always polite and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to either Robinson's or Mall off Asia. The stand out for this place though is the buffet breakfast. Food is so good and so many choices. We now stay here every time we are in the area. I would recommend this place to everyone.
