The bathroom in the room was terrible. The tile on the floor was cracked and the toilet was not affixed to the floor. I’d have to image that water leaking from the shower could be causing mold in the sub-floor.

Worse hotel I have ever seen in 30 years of travel

We checked in and checked out , the room was horrible had mold in the bathroom, rust in the toliet and bugs. the linen was dirty we asked for clean linen and was told we had to wait until the morning. we checked out and requested a refund immediatly and still have not received our refund. There is no elevator I requested an ADA accessible room there was none available and no one to help carry luggage from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor

We had 3 rooms and they all had mold problems in the bathroom. The drains were dripping and there was black and green mold in drain and around the faucets. The floors were dirty and stains. The bedroom area the walls had stains. Downstairs by ice machine was dirty and the rugs and floor were all dirty. I mentioned to the front desk that they had a mold problem and explained what we found. He wasn’t interested and never apologized or given any money off. Disgusting and over priced for graduation weekend

Traveling and knew we were not needing much for amenities. Had one room for my wife and I and a second room for my two kids and well-behaved small dog. Room for the kids and the dog was Ok. some of the sheets were stained on one of the beds and the carpet was ripped. Perhaps since they knew we had a dog, they put us in that room? But the room was quiet and overall clean for the price. Did not really expect much for the price. The room for my wife and I was excellent and was very clean. One thing to note for both rooms, my king sized bed was not a King but rather a Queen and the kids rooms were suppose to be Queen sized beds but were double beds. A good thing to note if 4 adults staying in a double queen room. A tight fit. But overall hosts were friendly, and I overall did get what I was expecting.

The bed sheets had hair on them. The mirrors were smudged. The phone was terribly dirty. I went downstairs to complain and they gave me a different room. It was worse. It smelled of smoke. The chairs were tattered. The phone was disgusting. I couldn't get a refund.

Everything was good great staff the pool and hot tub was clean and worked well the only issue and it’s not a big issue was the toilet seat was super loose like it was almost ready to fall off room was nice and clean

It was ok. A little outdated and could probably use some newer updates. And the guy in the morning was rude when we came down for breakfast as he already started putting the breakfast away before 9 am!

A GOOD cleaning can do wonders here. Breakfast was poor, no Juice Sun. morning. No fruit. There was watery eggs & sausage. No sour cream or peanut butter for your bagel, just butter. cheap. I Loved having my coffee thu.

Don’t waste your money.

Toilet broken in the first room. 2nd room was a terrible downgrade. Bad tv. Phones didn’t work. No towels. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. The whole hotel was bad. Service was terrible. Front desk is non-existent. Railings were broken. AC didn’t work. Housekeeping is a joke. Everything was dirty. They “cleaned” our room after the first night and all the did was throw the bedding back on the bed. Nothing was made. Hot tub was mildly warm at best. No towels in the pool area. Had to go to the desk to get towels and then they got mad we left water on the floor. They brought 2 towels in to the pool area with 10+ people in there. The whole place smelled like wet feet. The mattress pad had knots in it. Pillows were terrible. Place needs to be shut down. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were way better. Only picked this place for the pool but should have went elsewhere.
