We visited for New Years Eve, so it was not too busy. The room was very clean and the place was pretty quiet. Obviously it was very cold when we were there, but the room stayed very chilly even with the heat on high. It probably did not warm up over 60 all night. If you are staying in Manteo in the Winter.... pick somewhere else.
