Enjoy Ritchy at Manyana with friends or as a romantic getaway for two. Located in Manyana just 2.5 hours from Sydney on the beautiful South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this newly built open plan house offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, generous kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a large undercover deck complete with sun lounges, outdoor dining and a gas BBQ.

ITEMS PROVIDED INCLUDE;
All bedding, including cotton sheets
100% Egyptian cotton bath towels,
Some beach towels just in case you forget your own
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including some pantry basics
Puzzles, board games and DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment
Kickback on the large comfortable lounges, watch dvds or your favorite channel on the smart tv
Escape from everyone else and retreat to the main bedroom to watch the other tv

The peaceful village and surrounding areas boast wonderful beaches, bush walks, bird life, water-based activities and stunning views. Manyana, along with nearby Bendalong, has some of the best surf breaks on the South Coast. Green Island is one of the best-known surfing locations in the area.

Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, rock hopping, exercising or relaxing, an easy 3 minute walk away at either Inyadda or Manyana beaches. A beautiful natural rockpool, perfect for the little ones, can be found at the northern end of Manyana beach. For the boating enthusiast, a small boat ramp is located on Boat Harbour Beach at Bendalong and at Berringer Lake, while a larger boat ramp is located at Ulladulla.

There are numerous activities freely available within a ten-minute walk, including a soccer field, children’s park, basketball court and skate park. Additionally, tennis courts are available for a small fee. The Deli Cunjurong is the perfect place to enjoy coffee, freshly baked cakes, breakfast or lunch with friends and family. Nearby Bendalong has a small shop selling basic essentials and takeaway.

The quaint historic village of Milton is a short 25 minute drive to the south. It has an IGA supermarket, hotels, lots of cafes and restaurants along with great shops for a little retail therapy. Milton also has a hospital with an emergency department.

A further 10 minutes south, is the charming harbour town of Ulladulla where you will find larger supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. Funland is an indoor amusement centre, a great place for the kids and young at heart. For those who enjoy going to the movies, Ulladulla also has a cinema.

If you are traveling from the north and wish to collect groceries en route, Nowra has everything you will need. If you prefer you can also order your shopping online with Woolworths as they offer a delivery service in the area.

Even better than the pictures

My husband and I recently had our family over and we stayed at Ritchy. What an awesome place. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to cater for a large group or people. The lovely deck gets beautiful morning and afternoon sun and the whole place is just so well laid out and perfect for accommodating a large group. The beach is a short walk away and afew surf spots can be checked by walking a few hundred meters. We really could not fault it. Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be back.

A dream!

This is our second time at Ritchy's and we hope to be back again! It's such an easy house for 2 families and has everything you need. So close to the beach and lagoon. The deck is gorgeous and the living room is large but cosy. We love it at Ritchy's!

Ritchy - a class above

modern, updated and open plan, a relaxing and quality residence in a lovely setting. A few minutes to the beaches and a quiet location. Bring your supplies or a short drive (20 minutes) to all facilities. We loved our time there and will base ourselves there again in the future to further explore the south coast.

Easter Break

We loved our stay at Ritchy & would recommend it very highly. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. We found everything we need in its place. It was like being at home. Very spacious and comfortable. So close to the beach where my children went surfing. My grandchildren enjoyed the games. They played cricket at the front yard, we went riding bicycles we found in the garage and we played so many board games at the evenings. Thank you for everything.

Perfection

We absolutely adored our stay in Ritchy, thank you Lynda and Greg for being wonderful hosts. We loved the open plan, large kitchen, big bedroms and indoor laundry that made our stay with young kids easy and safe. We loved it so much that we have booked again and can't wait for our return. Brilliant home away from home with all you need!

What a delightful property that had everything we needed - including baking trays/serving platters as we cooked here a lot. Thank you for letting us know there were no supermarkets so we brought all our food. Your property enabled us (2 families) to hang out together and there was enough (bikes, cricket, scooter)to keep us all entertained ie 1 4yr old, tweens, teens and adults! The place was so clean and each room had fans, bedside lamps that worked and super comfy beds. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and as there wasn’t another booking allowed us a later check out time to enjoy the property even more. Thank you. We will be back! Xx

Fantastic!

The house was beautiful and spacious, well cleaned and had all the amenities you could need while away. The location was perfect with it being only a few minute walk from the beach. The shed had plenty of bikes and scooters that kept everyone entertained. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We had left behind a precious item and feared it was lost but the hosts were more than willing to assist in ensuring that it was found and returned quickly. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again in summer!

Great peaceful family holiday house

I sincerely wish to thank the host. They have consider need of every family and provided everything that you would want in your house. Attention to minor details including the items provided for living room, kitchen and bedrooms. We absolutely love every bit of Ritchy Manyana . We were blown away of how much space and stylish the beach holiday house. We Love the coziness , and the open living style . Love how modern and luxurious the property is. Everything is well thought for guests comfort - lots of game boards , card and the garage was full of bikes and surf boards . We loved it and we are already planning a second trip at this place. Highly recommended.

Family Getaway

This property was absolutely amazing!!! The beautifully appointed house suited the needs for our extended family getaway, both adults and children. I loved the added touch of providing all linen and towels (even beach towels) and bathroom items such as shampoo and body wash. These were all beautifully presented and included in the price. Our kids loved being able to use the bikes and sporting equipment provided in the garage. We will definitely be staying again!

We absolutely love every bit of Ritchy Manyana . We were blown away of how much space and stylish the beach holiday house. We Love the coziness , and the open living style . Love how modern and luxurious the property is. Everything is well thought for guests comfort - lots of game boards , card and the garage was full of bikes and surf boards . It’s been raining when we went and so we were forced to just stay indoor most of the time but so grateful that the house offered lots of entertainment and comfort . We felt so at home , and all the amenities were provided toiletries and kitchen stuff . We couldn’t ask for more . Also, the location was amazing , walking distance to this beautiful scenic beach as well. There’s also a nice ( Granite) Falls 20 min drive from Ritchy so that was nice treat in the area. Lynda was amazing as well and quick to reply and very accomodating with our requests . Thanks you so much Lynda God Bless and all the best :)
