Villa Poesia d'Estate is beautifully nestled between the slopes of Torre delle Stelle and gently enveloped in the sylvan aromas of the surrounding nature. For this reason, the property has numerous and fascinating outdoor spaces dedicated to both leisure and conviviality such as, for example, a spacious veranda with a comfortable table facing the sea flanked by a lounge area where there is a spacious corner sofa to enjoy a magnificent aperitif sea ​​View.

At the back of the villa there is a further space made very elegant by the color notes of the Bougainvillea and the lemon aroma, in which there is a table for outdoor dining as well as a comfortable barbecue and a stone oven.
From the lounge area facing the sea it is possible, taking a panoramic paved path, to go down to the lower level where there is a large solarium area and a hydromassage pool. Continuing further, the path leads directly to the sea.

Villa Poesia d'Estate is a splendid property furnished with a delightful and refined modern style which gives it a charming note of elegance. At the entrance there is a spacious living area made up of a comfortable corner sofa and a refined glass table, where light reigns supreme thanks to the combination of the light and soft colors of the furnishings with the large panoramic windows. All this helps to spread a sense of continuity between the interior and the spacious external veranda.

The sleeping area maintains the same charm and elegance as the rest of the house. Indeed, in the villa there is a large master suite designed to be a multifunctional space: a large open space in which the rooms are separated by vaulted arches and which consists of a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a charming reading corner and finally a master bathroom in refined black marble. In the villa there are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms: the first is combined with a children's room where there is a bunk bed, and the second is distinguished by its independent entrance. Finally, the villa has a welcoming outbuilding consisting of a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bedroom.

NOTE: electricity costs should be paid at the end of the stay on consumption
