O hotel tem tudo para ser melhor. - Falta um pouco de design para ficar mais requintado e charmoso. - O café da manhã é bom, mas algumas comidas não estavam saborosas. - A piscina em frente à praia estava com a cor da água escura e não estava bem limpa. - Pelo tipo de hotel deveria oferecer monitores de diversão para os hóspedes: hidroginástica, dança na piscina, música ao vivo (pelo menos nos finais de semana). - A localização é boa porque fica perto das piscinas naturais de Taipu de Fora, Península de Marau/BA.

O local é bonito e bem cuidado. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Mas havia retorno de mal cheiro no ralo do box do banheiro. E o café da manhã, por ser num horário restrito (de 8h às 10h), aglomera muita gente e falta mesa e cadeiras para os hóspedes. Tem q ficar esperando uma família acabar o café para a outra se sentar. E da mesma forma, por ser num horário curto, a reposição das comidas não vai no mesmo ritmo e tem q ficar esperando a reposição. Não há suco no café, só refrescos e não tem de laranja. Outra falha foi a falta de troca de toalhas no nosso quarto, ficamos 4 noites e não tivemos as toalhas trocadas. Tivemos q pedir reposição de papel higiênico pq ninguém foi no quarto nenhum dia.

Passei quatro dias e o carto sequer foi arrumado. A maçaneta do chuveiro cai quando mexemos. Pedimos uma caipirinha e uma caipicoco e demorou exatamente 1 hora. O café da manhã é razoável, a reposição demora muito.
