Upea 4900 neliöjalka uima-allas ja spa-koti minuutin päässä Travis-järvestä ja viinitilasta

Uskomaton 4900 neliön jalka kotiin istuu 6 hehtaarin upeat Canyon näkymät yli 80 hehtaarin! Tämä koti nukkuu mukavasti 20 vuoteessa! Melu ja pysäköinti eivät koskaan tule olemaan ongelma. Yhdelläkään puolella ei ole naapureita.

Tämän talon takana on kolme kannet yli uima-altaan / kylpylän ja kanjonin näköisenä. Valtava rakennettu bbq-alue, jossa grilli, astianpesukone, pesuallas ja jääkaappi alemmalla tasolla uima-altaan vieressä! Upein palo-kuoppa, johon mahtuu 40 ihmistä, istuu uima-altaan oikealla puolella.

Koti on kauniisti sisustettu ja siinä on tarpeeksi tilaa suurille kokoontumisille, jotta et koskaan tuntuisi olevan tungosta. Mukautettu 12-jalkainen pöytä mahtuu 18: een suuriin istuma-illallisiin. Alemman tason viihdehuoneessa on pokeripöytä, sekoituslevypöytä, 70 tuuman T. V. ja täysi toissijainen keittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu jääpalakone, täysi jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja pieni uuni.

Beautiful Home!

Lovely home with plenty of space and sleeping accommodations! Stayed here for a friend’s bachelor party and it was perfect! The outdoor kitchen, pool, and deck all contributed to a great time. The host, Ann, was incredible to work with as well. Super helpful and available for any questions! Highly reccomend for large groups or gatherings!

We really enjoyed the property. Cleanly, comfortable and a lot of ‘extras’ provided - just simple stuff like adequate towels, extra coffee, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. the best part was the rear patio and lower patio. Our stay happened to be when the super moon happened and so sunrises and sunsets were amazing!

Labor Day With Friends

Family Time

I found this beautiful property to have my three daughters, their spouses, and my 9 grandchildren and my husband. It was a wonderful place to stay! So much room for all of us. The kids and adults loved the pool and outside area to set and enjoy the day and evening. We all also enjoyed the different games they had to play with. We had several meals on the outside deck right off the kitchen. The view was beautiful and peaceful! The house was supplied with everything we needed! I would highly recommend this beautiful home! And the owner was quick to reply to any questions I had!

Beautiful home with infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit. You can put the vinyl deck chairs onto the 6” deep pool shelf with bubblers to cool your feet while under the pool umbrellas. Magnificent view over the trees. We saw deer feeding near the distant pond in the morning. We enjoyed hiking and birdwatching at Balcones Canyonlands NWR, 10 minutes away. The owner, Ann Harrison, provided quick, cheerful communication with our group of 8 before and during the rental. The home was well-stocked with paper products, nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and suntan lotion in the 3 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Very nice sheets, pillows and comforters. There were Keurig coffee pods and spices available. 2 sets of dishes can serve over 40 people. New Crockpot, drip coffee maker, blender, baking dishes, nice knives, glassware, even coolers were available for our use. All the appliances seemed newer and worked well. Many delightful touches: laundry room with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Glow in the dark faucet in the laundry room! 3 kitchens: upstairs, downstairs and outside patio. Poker table, foosball table, shuffleboard table. Ceiling fans in every room. The best part was that with the 5 bedrooms and enormous indoor and outdoor spaces, we had plenty of room for introverts and extroverts to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much, Ann. I would rent your house again in a second! You provide an incredible value for the price.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. Everything about this house is perfect! The house was very clean, beds were incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room and the pool were a hit, especially with the kids. The views from the decks are absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and nice soaps and shampoos. This house truly has everything you could need for a fantastic getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Eclipse viewing with old college friends

Fantastic venue for a gathering of 13 of our old Baylor friends to view a total solar eclipse. Ann was extremely helpful when we reserved the house 3 years in advance and she detailed all instructions and how to access the many amenities. The property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for a memorable reunion was provided. This beautiful home overlooks a unique rural view of the Texas Hill Country. With pool, hot tub, fire pit, balconies, kitchens, and game room it is the ideal place for a gathering of friends or families. It’s an outstanding property for a magical experience that is priceless!

Exactly as advertised!!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Ann was wonderful to work with and very responsive (even when she was out of the country). The house was gorgeous, and everything was very clean and orderly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had all the trash bags, paper towels, etc. one could need. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid to have the pool heated (in February with colder temps outside), and the pool temp may have left a bit to be desired. It made the water warm enough to get in, but not warm enough to stay in for a long time. The hot tub worked incredibly well and heated up quickly. The location was great. Having the winery next door was fun and convenient, and a small town with restaurants and groceries 15 minutes away made everything easy. I'd recommend this property to anyone. It's what a VRBO property should strive to be. Thanks for a great experience Ann!

Wispering canyon property

Perfect home for our 50th anniversary celebration!

I just can’t rave enough about this gorgeous home in the Texas hill country. The home was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and both the pool and game room provided lots of fun for all of us. The house provided space to be together as well as having room when we needed quiet time to relax. The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and we loved gathering there to visit each morning and evening. Perfect Stay with Friends

It was a beautiful home and had plenty of space for a big group. We were a group of five families. The pool and hot tub overlooking nature were the best part of this stay. It was nice having the big JBL and Sonos portable speakers so we can have them playing outdoors. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs. There was a shuffleboard table, a poker/cards table and foosball. The house had pretty much everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals since we had a huge group. We got lucky next door at Flat Creek Winery. They were able to accommodate our whole party for dinner. Definitely would recommend coming here if you just want to relax with family and friends under one roof.

Great location, secluded view, and amenities like pool and game room. Plenty of space to spread out, great indoor and outdoor kitchen spaces, we really enjoyed our time!

The house & pool are beyond FANTASTIC !!! Ann was one of the most accessible & thorough Hosts I have ever dealt with & I have stayed at 50+ VRBO properties. The property is a wonderful place for families !

Amazing Property

This is our second time at this rental. We love the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness. The kitchen is very well stocked. Ann is an excellent host and responds quickly when we have a question. Grandkids are already asking if we can come back next year. 😊

Gorgeous Property with Welcoming Host

This place was perfect for spending the weekend with my out-of-town family. We also hosted a college graduation celebration for our daughter on one of the days that we stayed. The host, Ann, was very accommodating and inviting. I'm actually not sure if I'm impressed more by her or the home! There was so much space for us to spread out, upstairs and down. And the outdoor space had to have been our favorite of all the spaces. The kitchens and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and the controls were easy to use. Ann left thorough instructions for everything we could have thought to ask, and when I did need to reach out with a question, she responded immediately! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Everyone who stayed and visited commented on how amazing it was. Thank you for sharing this piece of magic with my family and me, and helping us create memories that will last a lifetime 😊
