Went here for a work trip and the ladies working the counter and through out the hotel were beyond helpful and sweet. The room was beautiful and clean and so was the rest of the hotel, plus the view was amazing

All was good until I saw a large water bug run out in the bathroom the morning we were leaving. Yikes! Took me by surprise! Told the front desk when we checked out about the bug. She knew exactly what kind of bug I was talking about ! Lobby was being remodeled during this time.
