We loved this hotel and will be back! From the large parking lot to the friendly staff, gorgeous view off the lobby deck, and convenient location, we felt we got a great value! We were in Marble Falls for a meeting, so our crowd had several rooms and all were pleased.

This was the second time I have stayed here - the previous time it was a Hampton Inn. I enjoy the motorcyle rides in the area. I love that it is right on the river. Even if you have a city view room, you can enjoy the balcony off the lobby or the view from the pool deck. It's great that there are 2 restaurants on the same property - Chili's and a grill. The Blue Bonnet Cafe just a couple of blocks up the street is really good. Their pies are to die for. There is quite a bit of traffic through Marble Falls. Note that from 1st street you can only turn right onto Hwy 281. I forgot that a couple of times and had to cross the river and find a place to turn around. To go left (north) on 281, turn left out of the hotel parking lot, then right on Ave H and right on 2nd street, which has a light at 281.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom door would not stay open and sink drain was a little slow. Peggy at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast attendent was pleasant. Parking was good. Did not use laundry.

The staff and the hotel were outstanding. I would recommend staying here when visiting Marble Falls, TX. Everything has been updated and a beautiful view of the water. The breakfast was excellent and the the coffee was just like you brew at your home. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

The plus was the view of the water. Sadly it wasn’t very clean. Either the cleaning staff had pets or the cleaning supplies they used picked up pet hair from someone’s room there was hair everywhere in the bathroom on the counters, toilet, floor, tub, etc. YUCK thankfully had socks so I wore them anytime I walked around or kept my shoes on. Carpet had stains so it’s been a while since they’ve renovated. I booked here because it was rated a “9” out of 10. It’s definitely not.
