This is the 2nd year I've stayed at the hotel. Last year the lobby area was being remodeled. Now the remodel is complete and it was fantastic. My room both times was excellent. Everything was in great condition. If there was one thing I would leave feedback on is the TV in my specific room (204) was "fuzzy." Almost like it was using an antenna (it's cable). But it was a minor issue for me. The rate was perfect for me and I expect to stay there next year for the same event I attend in the area every year.

We enjoyed everything about Hidden falls. Room was excellent and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent. Peggy was a delight at the front desk, she gave us many excellent recommendations and information. The lady doing the breakfast was amazing! She never let anything run out or get cold, and she had a pleasant disposition and friendly demeanor. Both ladies deserve a raise. We will be back and are telling our friends and travel agent!!!

The property was nice and convenient to restaurants. Our bathroom door was slatted and did not allow for privacy and we brought that to the attention of The MOD Peggy. Would not stay in that room again.

The front desk attendant, Peggy was so sweet and kind. She upgraded our room at no charge and even personally called us to make sure the room was to our liking and if we needed anything else. Her sweet smile and personality was very welcoming. We will definitely stay again

The hotel staff were amazing. Check in was quick and the front desk clerk was very friendly. She called our room about an hour after we checked in to make sure the room met our expectations. River City Grill and Chilis are on the same property as the hotel so you can literally walk out the front door and go have dinner without leaving the property. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub that are open year round overlooking the lake. There is a great deck upstairs from the pool area that also overlooks the lake. Breakfast was very good both mornings. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and waffles plus muffins, cereal, fruits and bagels. The breakfast attendant was fantastic. Our high school girls basketball team was staying there and she kept the breakfast area well stocked for the team, parents and other guests. There was never a shortage of anything while we were all in there. We stayed in a room with a view of the lake. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again if in the Marble Falls area
