Villa Marlee is a new villa located in Margaret River town, just 5min stroll from the centre and across the road from the famous Margaret River Farmers Market.
Villa Marlee is a new modern villa with all the comforts of a home away from home. Centrally located right in town, you can live like a local. Stroll into town for a cocktail at Morries or across the road on a Saturday morning for a fresh coffee and sweet treat from one of the many amazing local vendors at the Margaret River Farmers Market.

The Space:

As you walk in the front door you can relax and settle into your holiday at Villa Marlee. At the front of the house you’ll find the second bedroom with queen bed. Down the hall is the main bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. The third bedroom is set up to offer different bedding options, a bunk bed with double bed and single bed above.

The kitchen / living / dining area are open plan. The well equipped spacious kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom is at the back of the house with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet.

The living area opens out onto a small undercover deck with outdoor dining table, BBQ and easy care garden. A perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or a cheese board at the end of a busy day out exploring the region.

Other Things to Note:
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Garage: From June 2023 the garage will be unaccessible.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
