This spacious Victorian character property with a wraparound sunny garden and off-street parking is a 5 min walk to the Old Town’s boutique shops and restaurants, and many sandy beaches. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 large, 1 small), 2 full bathrooms (1 bath-shower, 1 shower), living room, 6 person dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with large capacity washer & dryer, and two outdoor spaces (alfresco dining on a sunny deck and a seating area with fire pit nestled in the garden corner).

The space
We recently bought this detached home and have added touches of personality throughout. We love sleep, so have invested in memory foam mattresses (super king, king) in the main bedrooms with two narrow stackable beds that can be converted to a small double in the small third room. We’ve installed a water-softening system and repainted the whole interior of the home. We are still in the process of putting finishing touches on the remodelling (additional artwork and a few other bits will be added soon). You’ll find beach wraps in the utility room.
