Check in took too long.

Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

Hotel ótimo custo benefício e pet friendly

Check in o recepcionista perguntou se tinha alguma preferência, e eu então solicitei que se tivesse algum quarto longe dos elevadores seria ótimo! E ele colocou justamente ao lado do elevador. Eu desci e pedi para ver se tinha possibilidade de troca, e imediatamente o outro recepcionista já alterou o quarto. Gostei muito, pois foram gentis e resolveram. O café da manhã é muito bom, variedade de frutas pães e bolo. Localização ótima! Ao lado do shopping cidade é em frente ao mercado angeloni. Estacionamento próprio dentro do hotel pago a parte, mas vale muito a pena.excelente custo benefício! Com certeza voltarei no hotel. Eu vi que são pet friedly, vou levar minha cachorrinha da próxima vez também!
