Come here for convenient hiking and eating options

Overall the stay was excellent and we as a family or just myself plan to come back as the location is perfect for our desires between hiking really close by and places to eat or go grocery shopping. The only suggestion I have is for breakfast to have fruit as an option for breakfast. The amount of carbs and sugar options really needs something like fruit to balance it out for breakfast for us who are health conscious.

Good Recovery

This property was shut down for six weeks following hurricane Helene due to extensive flooding. They've made a great comeback but there are some items yet to be addressed, a fact that is true in general of this area. A decent, serviceable place to stay if you just need the basics.

The place was ok. However, there was a slight smell of Chinese food in the room. Breakfast was minimal. Quiet. Rather annoying was a $3 charge for parking. This was for an outside parking lot like any small town hotel would have.

A sign needs to be put at the turn in because if you turn at the light for a opening to drive though there isnt one. Sign needs to be at the taco bell turn in. Needs trash can in bathroom
