The deck-top hot tub is operational year-round, and is the perfect place to watch 4th of July fireworks, the first snowfall, and everything in between. In addition to the hot tub and deck, the property's outdoor amenities include a propane grill and fire pit.

A quick drive or 10 minute stroll will land you in the heart of Marquette as this house sits at an ideal launch point to the downtown and Lower Harbor areas. Directly in view is the Founder's Landing portion of our highly acclaimed lakeside bike path, which stretches for miles between nationally ranked mountain biking trails on one end and the famed Black Rocks of Presque Isle Park on the other. The upper level of the house has a full bath and three bedrooms, each with a full or queen bed made up with high quality dressings and featuring considerable closet and dresser space. For additional sleeping space, a twin rollaway is provided.
