Pickleball Paddles and Balls are NOT provided; you must bring your own to enjoy the amenity.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for trash and avoid throwing loose garbage into the cans in the garage.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Approval is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If accommodated, an additional fee will apply.

GETTING AROUND
CAR RENTAL
Renting a car is the best way to explore Mars Hill and the surrounding areas. If you’re flying into Asheville Regional Airport (about 35 minutes away), you’ll find several car rental companies available. A car is recommended for getting to the ski resorts, national parks, and nearby towns.
RIDE-SHARING
Both Uber and Lyft operate in the Mars Hill area, providing an easy way to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, or even Mars Hill University.
* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
