It was a nice hotel, but it was unclear to us that we had to pay extra to use the amenities. The sea view was obstructed, so it was not entirely sea view. I will say the staff were very nice but were unable to provide any solutions.

Horrible!! Staff was nice but once every five days housekeeping was terrible! A/C never worked, we had to open the windows and my son ended up with mosquito bites, so bad, my son couldn’t open his eyes for a couple days, he was bitten on his eyelid! We will look for a better, hygienic property next time!

The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary. They were eating the whole time they were preparing our food. There is a window that faces the dining area so the “chefs” were in plain view.

We stayed at Odalys City in Marseille for four nights and had an apartment with a sea view. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. A nice touch was the coffee machine, although it would have been even better to have a kettle. The small kitchenette was equipped with a two-burner stove and basic dishes, which was convenient. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, but the lighting was quite poor, and even with the extendable mirror, it was difficult to do makeup properly. We didn’t know that the apartment didn’t include daily housekeeping, but after speaking with the receptionist, our towels were changed and the room was cleaned for an additional €10. The location was very peaceful, right next to the port. There’s a cinema, several restaurants, and a small shopping area nearby where we could have breakfast. Public transport connections were excellent - the tram and bus stops were just a few meters from the hotel. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Old Port and the cathedral. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Limited breakfast availability. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served the worst quality food I encountered in my traveling experience: low quality watered down eggs, unpleasant sausage, water down coffee. It was expensive and abysmal. Most of the staff has basic english speaking skills so it was a challenge to communicate, get accurate directions, etc.

Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it.
