Cocoonr is offering ‘Terre Marine’ for rent: a lovely two-bedroom flat with a terrace, boasting stunning views of the sea and Cap Canaille.
Set within a secure residential complex, you’ll enjoy a wide range of facilities: a swimming pool, tennis courts, a handball court, a pétanque court and a table tennis table.
The location is ideal for exploring the region:
Bestouan beach (1 km), the calanques of Port-Miou (3 km), Port-Pin and En-Vau, as well as the port of Cassis (1.5 km).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Situated on the 1st floor, the flat offers stunning sea views from its terrace.

- A living area comprising a bright lounge with an open-plan kitchen. The large floor-to-ceiling window in the lounge leads out onto the terrace and offers a superb, unobstructed view of the sea.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed.
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with a bath completes the layout.

The residential complex features a swimming pool (open during the summer season), as well as a range of leisure facilities: two tennis courts, a pétanque court, table tennis tables and a multi-sports court.

The flat is fully equipped to provide you with all the comforts you need and make you feel right at home: Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as complimentary coffee capsules on arrival…

Ideally situated on the hills above Cassis, the “Terre Marine” residential complex enjoys a prime location, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre whilst remaining just a few minutes’ drive from all amenities.

The residence is accessible by car, with on-site parking available, and several walking trails leading to the calanques start nearby, offering breathtaking nature walks.

Transport:
- If you’re coming by car, you can park in the private car park at the residence.
- You can reach Marseille via the La Marcouline M6 route (via the A50 motorway) and the La Marcouline M8 route (via La Gineste – D559).
- By car or motorbike, you can also reach La Ciotat via the famous Route des Crêtes, which offers exceptional views of the cliffs and the sea.
- The airport is about a 45-minute drive away.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

Terre Marine Good accommodation with a 10 minute walk downhill to a great beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of Cassis. It’s not the biggest of apartments but we managed for 5 nights with five of us! Perfect for a smaller family or couple. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning and it was very warm when we stayed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Terre Marine "We had a lovely week's holiday at this apartment. The view is fantastic, and the place was clean and very pleasant. It had everything we needed. Stephanie met us on arrival, and was very friendly and helpful. The area is fabulous, lots to see and do, many places to eat or there is a supermarket 15 mins walk away if you want to self-cater. The highlight was the Callanques National Park which was stunning. We would come back. Many thanks."

Everything was clean, furniture was comfy and cozy and all electronic equipment works properly. Terras view was amazing. Cockroaches

I found cockroaches, when moving furniture for my luggage. I am NOT being FULLY refunded and I find this very disrespectful. I have a phobia, Katsaridaphobia, and they did not take this issue serious.

Terre Marine "Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes et avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est conforme à la description de l'annonce. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. La résidence est très calme et agréable. Compte tenu de la période nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de toutes les possibilités qu'elle offre, et notamment de la piscine. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très lumineux. Le seul petit bémol est le canapé, vraiment pas confortable lorsque la saison ne permet pas de passer la soirée dehors sur la terrasse. L'accueil de Stéphanie a été très sympathique. A noter qu'il y a pas mal de possibilité de transports sur Cassis mais la résidence étant sur les hauteurs une voiture peut tout de même être préférable, également pour visiter les environs."

Terre Marine "Plusieurs problèmes : - Ménage mal fait (la cuvette des toilettes avec une goutte d'urine, une tasse de café recouverte de café séché rangé dans le meuble, égouttoir sale, crasse dans la machine à laver, la poussière sur la table de nuit, des pipettes de sérum physiologique sous le lit double, nid de guêpe dans la porte fenêtre). Stéphanie (correspondante de l’agence pour le logement) s’est proposé pour le refaire, nous avons décliné mais la remercions. - Problème de filtration de la piscine qui était verte et trouble qui donne peu envie de s’y baigner. Dommage quand on réserve entre autre pour les photos de la piscine de 25m. - Claquement de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble lorsqu'il y a du vent (cela à duré 1 nuit entière, ensuite il n'y avait plus de vent) - Quelques points positifs : accueil de Stéphanie, la vue incroyable depuis l’appartement, l’emplacement idéal, place de parking."

Terre Marine "Familienferien im schönen Cassis. Wohnung ist in Mehrfamilienhaus ca. 20min Fussweg vom Hafen in Cassis entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich fantastisch! Es ist auch ruhig und es geht fast immer ein angenehmer Wind, da es oben in Cassis ist. Es gibt ein paar Sachen die gemacht werden müssen.! Die Toilette ist aus den 80er Jahren ….riecht immer etwas nach Urin. Auch Wc-Ring und WC Bürste kann man von Zeit zu Zeit auswechseln!!! Das Bad….Duschvorhang oder Kabine wäre das mindeste! Die Küche…Dampfabzug …kein Licht und hat seine Beste Zeit definitiv hinter sich! Küche war zwar gut ausgestattet und auch Geschirr war gut und reichlich vorhanden."

Appartement en résidence idéal à CASSIS

Localisation idéale avec accès à pied pour toutes les randonnées dans les calanques de Cassis. Centre ville et port à 5mn seulement. Vue superbe sur le cap canaille via la terrasse. Agencement de l'appartement avec prestations de qualité pour des vacances sportives, bucoliques ou de farniente. Résidence équipée d'un parking, deux courts de tennis et d'une piscine pour tous. Recommandation les yeux fermés.

Terre Marine We had a lovely stay in this small apartment. The view is spectacular and it’s really quite close to Cassis downtown. Amenities in the kitchen were great and given how small the apartment is they made good use of the space. Would definitely return again.

The communication wit 🙂 Able to walk into town for dinner, free parking space just for us, no noise at nighttime, spectacular view and appreciated the soap, shower gel and the dishwasher tablets etc which made things easier. 🙁 No shower, had to have a bath or shower sitting down. The bedrooms had ants in the corners and needed a slightly more thorough clean."

Très déçus

Ménage inexistant à notre arrivée, matériel très vétuste. Prise cassée ou non fonctionnelles, robinet complètement dévissé dans la salle de bain, belle vue mais pour le coup ça fait mal au cœur de payer aussi cher pour trouver un appartement dans cet état. Heureusement notre interlocutrice de l’agence a su être à l’écoute et réagir … bref beaucoup de choses sont à revoir.
