As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a small hallway that leads seamlessly to the various rooms in the property. You then come to a beautiful, light-filled living room – welcoming and a pleasure to spend time in – with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen where you can prepare your meals with ease. The lounge is perfect for relaxing, with its sofa bed featuring a proper mattress, ideal for comfortably accommodating extra guests.

Bedroom
The double bedroom offers a restful and cosy space, perfect for enjoying peaceful nights after a day out and about.

Bathroom
To the left, the en-suite bathroom has everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay, with a shower, bath, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

Terrace
The property opens onto a magnificent 64 m² terrace, accessible from all rooms via French windows. A true extension of the flat, it offers a lovely outdoor space for sharing a meal, soaking up the sun or simply relaxing in peace and quiet.

Comfort
To ensure a pleasant stay whatever the season, the property is air-conditioned in both the living room and the bedroom.

The accommodation is situated on Avenue Guillaume Dulac in La Ciotat, in a private, secure and quiet residential complex. You will be staying in a modern ground-floor flat with a large terrace, ideal for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing setting.

The property is easily accessible by car, and a private underground parking space is included in your booking, ensuring convenient and secure parking. Access is directly via the residential complex, making your arrival simple and hassle-free.

You’ll also find it easy to reach La Ciotat’s various attractions, as well as the nearby shops and amenities.

Check-in is self-service for your convenience, but I’m always available to ensure your stay is a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The area around Avenue Guillaume Dulac is convenient, residential and well-located for easy access to the beaches, the town centre and La Ciotat’s must-see attractions, whilst remaining peaceful.

🚅 The accommodation is well connected via the RTM Ciotabus network’s route 357 or 351; the ‘La Providence’ stop is just a short walk from the residence. La Ciotat SNCF station is about 5–10 minutes away.

🚌 The bus runs daily, with services every 25 minutes from Monday to Saturday, and more frequent services during the summer. Timetables and routes are available in real time on the Ciotabus app (iOS & Android) or on the website.

✈️ Access from the airport
Marseille-Provence Airport is a 45-minute drive away (57 km). For travellers without a car, a train and bus journey is available via La Ciotat station. We can also recommend private transfer services on request.
