Nice, very comfortable studio of around 35 m2 located on the upper floor of an old house completely renovated at the end of 2022.
Recent and very efficient sound and thermal insulation.
Sleeping area with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a small office with window overlooking Avenue d'Albi.
On request, a baby bed, travel cot can be set up.
Reversible climate control.
A lounge area with sofa bed, armchair and coffee tables where you can sit comfortably and follow your TV shows on Molotov TV, your NETFLIX series or connect to You Tub.

A library is also at your disposal between the living room and the bedroom with a wide choice of books for everyone.
