Parking was clean and safe. Staff were pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast buffet was better than a paid breakfast at a restaurant. Staff kept buffet clean and food refilled.

It was similar to most Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in before. Clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. The only disappointment or issues was the room across the hall from us had a dog that barked until after 12am. Hotel staff said they received multiple complaints but couldn't do anything about it as the guest in that room were not there (which is why the dog was barking?).

The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle offered was very convenient for getting to and from the nearby casino. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and continuously kept stocked/clean. The room was clean and free of bugs but you can tell they need to do some renovations. Stains on the ceiling above, some broken parts of the ceiling looking cracked. Bathroom was a little grimy. Mostly from age and the fact that there was no working fan to dissipate humidity. You can tell it’s damaging the walls and such. Very quiet. I barely heard any other guests.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the shuttle service is very convenient and was a nice surprise (they'll take you anywhere within 2 miles and pick you up). The staff was all very nice and helpful.
