Once you have left your vehicles in the convenient car park inside the estate, which can comfortably accommodate 4 cars, it will be possible to reach bars, supermarkets, restaurants and all the necessary services on foot without having to travel by car.

The strategic position between the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts makes it the ideal place to discover the wonderful places that have made the two coasts famous throughout the world.
The stay in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is particularly relaxing and pleasant also due to the climate, cooler than the towns nearby: in fact, positioned about 400 meters above sea level, it enjoys refreshing evening breezes.

Internal Spaces:
The structure, which in its internal part is around 400m2, is made up of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 open space room and a laundry room all divided into two buildings, a main villa and a beautiful Dependance, set in a magnificent large maniacally cared for garden.

Main Villa
The main Villa is composed of:
• Ground floor :
- A large living room of 90 m2, equipped with bathroom, smart TV, large sofas, dining table and fireplace;
- A large and equipped kitchen;
- An entrance/hallway for access to the upper floor;
- A large bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom;
All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a large outdoor space, which connects the villa with the annex, perfectly equipped with sofas, deckchairs and umbrellas, an ideal location for outdoor lunches/dinners on cool summer days.
• First floor :
On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, one with the possibility of adding two more beds, the other with exclusive access to a large terrace with spectacular views during the sunset hours. A bathroom with shower serves the two bedrooms, which can also be accessed via an external staircase that leads directly to the main entrance of the villa.



 The Annex
The Dependance is composed of an open space living room/lounge equipped with a kitchenette and dining table, a large double bedroom, a private bathroom and a laundry room. It also has direct access to the large outdoor space, as well as a reserved and protected space intended for services.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Two single beds and a sofa bed are available on request for a total capacity of 12 people.
Baby cots are available upon request.
Free Wifi is also present in the external areas.

Outdoor spaces :
The large outdoor spaces are the perfect place to relax when returning from the crowded and hot tourist areas.
 Parking
A convenient paved car park, with automatic gate and inside the Villa, can comfortably accommodate 4 cars.
 Swimming pool
One of the few structures, a stone's throw from the centre, equipped with a swimming pool and a large relaxation area, ideal for cooling off after a day in the heat.
Included in the booking is the cleaning of the swimming pool itself which will take place every three days in order to guarantee always crystal clear water!!
 Garden
Another strong point of the Villa is certainly the large garden, meticulously maintained (just as the grandfather wanted!), which could not miss an orange grove and a lemon grove, typical crops of the area.
The garden is also equipped with gas and wood-fired barbecue grills, a large brick oven for pizzas and large tables.
The large garden is for the exclusive use of the guests of the Villa, who can use all the existing equipment.
