Developed over three levels, the villa welcomes its guests in extraordinarily bright interiors, where contemporary design marries the most modern comfort.

Crossing the threshold of the ground floor directly from the garden, you are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa bed, which harmoniously dialogues with a modern kitchen and two welcoming double bedrooms served by a shared bathroom.

Climbing the external staircase, you reach the first floor, where the space expands into an elegant living area with lounge and dining area, completed by a second fully equipped kitchen. From here, the interiors naturally blend with the panoramic terrace: an open-air lounge ideal for sipping an aperitif at sunset, letting yourself be captivated by a breathtaking view.

The upper floor is a true oasis of tranquillity. Here is the master bedroom with private bathroom, an exclusive retreat that boasts an intimate and private terrace, furnished for maximum relaxation.

Continuing on, you discover two other splendid double bedrooms, enhanced by majolica floors and large windows that frame the gardens and surrounding countryside. These latter share a refined main bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower cabin and double sink.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.



• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. For arrivals from 23:00 onwards, the supplement is €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Tourist tax: to be paid on arrival, €3 per person per night.



• Parking: The facility also offers private on-site parking. It is not recommended to hire very large cars as the parking space is small.



CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION BEFORE ARRIVAL.

As a guest of Dimora delle rose, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
