The Space

Located in the charming village of Torca, in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, Domus Smeraldo is a bright and welcoming apartment featuring a tasteful mix of modern and retro décor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and is ideal for a relaxing stay at any time of the year.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, panoramic terraces, and a bright courtyard, ensuring maximum comfort and space.

The highlight of Domus Smeraldo is undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic sea view, overlooking the Li Galli Islands and the Amalfi Coast. The large terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or sunbathing while enjoying the emerald and sparkling waters of the Amalfi and Cilento Coasts.

The main entrance opens onto a hallway providing access to the bathroom and the master bedroom, leading to a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic balcony.

The bright open-plan living space, featuring vaulted ceilings, is stylishly furnished and includes a wooden dining table with seating for six, a comfortable sofa bed, and satellite TV.

The master bedroom is simply and comfortably furnished and features a bright window.
The second bedroom, also with a window, offers distant views of Positano and is furnished with two single beds.

The bathroom is practical and well equipped with a shower enclosure, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. It also serves as a laundry area, complete with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

Thanks to its south-facing exposure, the terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day. It is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off on warm days. The panoramic terrace is the perfect place to relax at any time of day.

Guest Access

Although Domus Smeraldo can be reached by public transportation, a car is strongly recommended for getting around the Sorrento Peninsula.
The apartment offers private, uncovered parking for one small to medium-sized car. To facilitate access and parking, we recommend using a compact or mid-size vehicle. Guests driving larger vehicles are kindly asked to contact us in advance to confirm access.

Location

Domus Smeraldo is the perfect base for exploring the olive groves and citrus orchards of the Punta Campanella National Park, a protected marine area, visiting the beaches of Marina del Cantone and Crapolla, or enjoying peaceful nature walks.

The apartment is located just a short walk from the charming village of Sant’Agata.
Sorrento is only 10 km away, while Pompeii, Capri, Herculaneum, and the stunning Amalfi Coast are all easily reachable.
