Fantastic hotel

What a wonderful place! Right on the bank of a tropical river and few meters away from the ocean. Great food and fantastic staff. Amazing value for money. Recommended!

Chegamos por volta de 16h (horário de check in é a partir de 15h). Após os trâmites de balcão, fomos encaminhados a ao quarto e, para nossa surpresa, estava todo bagunçado, ainda dos hóspedes anteriores. Com duas crianças pequenas, providenciaram outro quarto. Entretanto, banheiro precisa urgente de uma renovação , assim como a pintura do quarto.

O único imprevisto foi que quando chegamos tinha reservado apenas um quarto com a cama de casal e éramos 03 pessoas. Enviamos mensagem por WhatsApp, pois o telefone não funcionava pediram para aguardar. Ficamos um tempo esperando e não resolveram logo. Descemos e o recepcionista que nos atendeu foi grosseiro com a minha esposa. Disse que já havia respondido no WhatsApp que iria colocar uma cama num espaço minúsculo que visivelmente se via que não iria caber( resposta ríspida). Saímos para almoçar no Hotel e ao retornar tinham trocado o quarto.

Funcionários cordiais, quartos e cama bons,. O hotel precisa de reformas e troca ou reparo de móveis das piscinas, pisos dos banheiros, tampas de vaso sanitários. Cortinas dos quartos velhas e rasgadas, blackout curto entrando claridade. Pisos do saguão feito de cimento por não trocar os danificados por outros. Em fim, muito por reparar pra merecer o valor da diária. Comida boa e pessoal excelente. Voltaria por um valor menor de diária. Hoje não vale a que pagamos!

A estrutura no geral é boa, contudo a construção, por ser antiga, requer algumas intervenções/melhorias na manutenção predial. Poderia ter mais opções de entretenimento/lazer pois tem muitas áreas a serem melhor utilizadas, a exemplo da área coberta de jogos.
