The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the laundry room (the housekeeper will strip the beds).
Please remove all trash bags from the cans at the end of the driveway and place in the cans at the bottom of Winston Road for collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

An AWD/4WD vehicle is strongly recommended in winter months. The dirt road up is very steep and slippery even after any snow is cleared.

To begin, the host communication was exceptional. It’s helpful knowing things like setting your gps at least 45 minutes out, specifics about the hot tub, etc.The house is decorated beautifully, has a well-stocked kitchen, and very clean. The views of the mountains were stunning and could be seen from all of the windows and sliders. This trip was a chance to disconnect and reset, and it did not disappoint. The owner’s book provided a lot of activities to enjoy around the area should you want to do just that. But walks around the properties are tranquil as well.
